Smartdate is a VC-backed ambitious startup and developed by proven entrepreneurs and experts in the dating industry.
The team is a fast-growing international team based in Paris, France working mainly in English.

Your responsibilities
You will be the driver of our performance-based online marketing, negotiating, managing & optimizing our CPA buys.
You will efficiently liaise with our world-class SEM, Facebook Ads, Affiliation partners.
You will be able to build a team of campaign managers to support your efforts.

• Aggressively source and negotiate scalable deals internationally, working with local biz dev resources.
• Constantly improve profitability through optimization of targeting, payouts and creative testing
• Coordinate with internal creative, product, and engineering teams as needed to improve tracking and ad performance
• Manage creative production & internationalization
• Report & Optimize monthly media spend and metrics

Your profile

• Top-notch university degree / MBA, reflecting very good analytical and logical skills
• Significant, successful experience as an Online Marketing Manager (7 years min)
• Proven history of large deals management
• Excellent web 2.0 and mobile culture (Facebook, Twitter, iPhone apps…)
• Independent, entrepreneurial work style and “driver” mentality
• Excellent communications skills on all organisational levels + good networker
• Metrics minded, rigorous, precise, business sense / obsessed with ROI
• Talented and persistent negotiator
• Perfect English, other European languages a plus
