Job description:
In order to maintain the standards of the services that we offer towards all our clients, we will integrate in our team a new person whose mission will be to support the Pentalog Quality Department in the development, implementation and the continuous improvement of the processes within the company. A special attention will be given to the clients' projects, respecting the organization and strategy that has been defined.
Among the main objectives that you will have as a Project coordinator- Quality department, we mention the followings:
- To train the collaborators of the company regarding the processes and the valid working methods for the IT development projects;
- To advise and assist the project managers on their production sites;
- To ensure the implementation and compliance with the established rules and procedures;
- To participate in the development of the processes and methods that are related to the software development activity.
The position is opened in Pentalog agency from Vietnam. Some few travels in Romania / Republica Moldova / France are expected, as for example during integration period, but most of the time the position will be located in Hanoi.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management (software development, maintenance);
- Relevant experience with quality tools and principles (ISO, CMMI);
- Expertise regarding software development methodology: V cycle, iterative development, Agile methods;
- Good communication and relational skills, including the ability to negotiate and sustain the ideas;
- Proven efficient pedagogy, rigor in respecting the standards and availability towards the team and staff requests;
- Fluency in foreign languages communication is mandatory for: English, French and Vietnamese;
- Very good knowledge of the Vietnamese culture is required;
- Perseverance and diplomacy;
- Organizational capacity, autonomy, versatility;
- Great availability to travel in different countries;
- Good use of IT tools.
